And just as that happened I received an email from support (2 weeks later) asking if I still wanted to move to a new provider. It's disgraceful that you aren't properly forewarned, or even notified of the error afterwards. In a lot of cases it also brings up a catch 22 with cPanel, where you can't add a domain that doesn't have an entry with the registrar.
